At Ground Racers, we place a great emphasis on safety and security. Here is some information on how to enjoy the racing experience in a safe manner

Wear Protective Gear: All racers must wear protective gear including a balaclava, helmet and sturdy shoes. Other safety equipment such as racing suits and neck braces are available. Of course you can also buy your own safety equipment in our shop.

Follow Rules and Guidelines: Always follow our safety guidelines and race rules. Because your safety is very important to us.

Our trained staff checks the condition of your racing kart before each race. This includes checking the steering, brakes and tires.

Fair Play: Racers must abide by fair play and compete fairly, without engaging in any unsportsmanlike or dangerous practices.
Red flag
Race aborted, Please, complete the current lap slowly and carefully. No passing! Enter the pit lane at walking speed and take off your helmet. Now follow the instructions of the race director.
Black Flag
Admonition! They don’t behave fairly. Please enter the pit lane and follow the instructions of the race staff.
Blue Flag
There is a significantly faster vehicle behind you, please give them the opportunity to overtake. Don’t brake, pull over to the side of the road and don’t accelerate.
Release ideal line!
Yellow Flag or Yellow Flashing Lights
Danger point on the road. The yellow hazard warning lights also indicate a danger zone. For you, this means taking your foot off the gas pedal immediately, no overtaking, and driving slowly and carefully. When you arrive at the danger point, please drive past with particular care. If a driver does not respond appropriately to the yellow light or yellow flag, they will be DISQUALIFIED.
Black and White Checkered Flag
Finish and end of race. The time measurement is stopped automatically. Please do the run-out lap slowly and safely. Enter the pit lane at walking speed.
